We will then promptly provide a fee quote and confirm our availability to act. We are happy to discuss any queries you may have by telephone or online meeting. All information provided is treated as confidential.
(2) When you are ready to proceed, please complete our booking form and return this to us by email to office@3bmediation.co.uk
Once an advance has paid, we will confirm your booking for the mediation.
(3) Before the mediation commences, all parties and the mediator will sign a mediation agreement, which sets out the terms and conditions on which we will mediate the dispute.

We generally act under the terms of our standard form Mediation Agreement. Please click here to download our Mediation Agreement.
However, on request, we are also happy to mediate under international institutional rules such as the ICC, DIAC, SIMC or UNCITRAL Rules or subject to any specific terms of reference. Please call us to discuss this further.
We will be pleased to provide a fee quote once we have discussed the case with you and considered any relevant documents.
We generally act on a fixed-fee basis, which includes preparation time and administrative costs. A 30% advance is required to confirm a mediation booking.
If a case involves long-distance national or overseas travel, travel costs (and accommodation, if necessary) will be charged at cost.
We are members of the CMC’s Fixed Fee Mediation Scheme, which offers mediation at discounted fixed rates in cases valued at up to £50,000 (England & Wales only). For the fees currently payable under this Scheme, please refer to:

We adhere to the European Code of Conduct for Mediators and the CMC’c Code of Conduct. Three Birds Mediation aims to conduct all mediations in accordance with prevailing international best practices and current guidelines.
